i feel lazy, after just claiming torrent island, i felt like going to go see artemis, to see what she was up to today. i was intrested in her today, then maybe arizona and i could meet tommorow. artemis and i know each other well. i crossed the stream. i pricked my auds to listen to the birds. i snarled a bit at the sound, as it pierced the skys. i wanted only the sounds of cruelness or something near that. but no! there couldn't be anything other than the birds sing-song the bloody morning. it was 9am now by the suns height and i wanted peace. if i couldn't have screams or mad laugher, then i would have complete silence. i hadn't a care if it was as deserted as a broken castle in the winter on a lone island. i thought about going to go see artemis, as i haven't seen here for quite a while. i wanted to see if she had a stallion already, a herd or even a foal! that would annoy me alot. whomever stallion bred with her would get my revenge. she was mine only for now...

i turned from the stream into her lands. auds pricked, a smirk came over my facade. i yawned rudley. the sun was on my palmino back. i figetted as i was too hot at the moment and i saw no stream at the moment. scanning the land with orbs at every corner. i then saw a mare, a lone mare. not artemis but another mare...she was moving away and i snarled as i realized it was a neutral by her steps. i snorted, throwing my cranium up i growled at the back of my neck. the mare trotted off and i saw there was a stream were she was cantering off. i trotted forward to the stream. flicking my ribbon and grunted to show that i was here. "artemis? it has been a long time has it not? and i was wondering how you were doing?" i called out through the woods. i lowered my cranium into the water, drinking the cool liquid which filled my mouth and i sighed with relif. i was now cooler and refreshed and it would be easier to to.

OOC-Sure they can know each other already. But she wont take to him being controlling over her.

Artemis was out walking , exploring her own lands. Her ivory body shimmered under the bright sunlight that poured through the tree branches. A gentle breeze whipped her mane against her neck. Her long ivory banner whipped from side to side, thwacking against her flanks to keep away unwanted pests that swarmed over her in annoyance. Her harks were pricked forward, acoustics cupping any faint noise that might come to them. The spring time was her favorite season. It was much better than winter. For one thing, there was no frigid snow on the ground causing her to be cold. Her warm chocolate orbs were locked a head of her, scanning around. The wind had brought her the scent of a brute on her land. Her brain clicked and she recognized the scent as Volume.

Her lippizzaner/andalusian flints carried her forward and she eventually spied him. Artemis stopped in front of him, letting her back leg bend so that the hoof rested on its tip. Whithers spazzed as she parted her ash grey labrums and began speaking to him.

"Well well well....if it isn't Volume. What brings you out to my neck of the woods?" She inquired curiously.

One thing Artemis never tolerated was a stallion being controlling over her. She was not some property to be won. Any brute who dared to even think of her like that, would end up feeling her wrath. Above the brids chirped in the treetops as both harks swiveled around to face Volume as she waited for him to speak.

i looked to my left, i saw artemis come towards me. a smile crossed my facade. ah, she arrived. i was glad that she was here and i would not be wondering around, waiting around 5 hours just to have an hours long convosation. i was planning to leave, and not let her tell me to go. i would tell myself when i should go. my orbs looked over her bodice. she looked healthy. her muscles big enough, her grey pelt was clean. she was doing really well i thought. it was such a long time since i had seen her. i nickered gently, thingying my cranium in respect as she came towards me. then raising my cranium high to show i was a stallion, proud. flirty. sexy...well, i dunno about that but still. i looked at her again, then at her land. a smile crossed my facade once again. it was quite big a land and it seemed too big for a mare alone..yet i hadn't a care! i had my own land to fill! turning my cranium back to the mare i sighed.

"has been a long time since you and i played in the stream when we were younglings. yet you look no different. the same beautiful mare as i see in dreams!" i said, i was being quite flirty with her as it would be quite fun to see if the same reaction came like when i said something around those lines. i smiled, it was definatly good to see her again and i was glad to see what she had grown into now. i looked around the lands again, then i realized i hadn't anwsered her question. i turned my cranium once again, my neck was killing me and i thingyed my cranium. well what would an old friend come to another old friend for? i laughed gently, did she not know? i snorted, shifting my flints into a better position. "an old friend, coming to see his old friend again. just a chat, to see what you are up to. your new stallion and the foals?" i said looking down. i wondered if she had a stallion or any foals. if i did see them, it would make me quite upset..

Artemis snorted and parted her kissers as she began speaking to him again.

"Yes it has been a long time," She said slowly as she moved her pistons into movement and walked past him, her hooves thudding gently on the ground as she stopped beneath a tree and lowered her head, letting her ash grey labrums pull at a few grass blades. She flicked her banner again and raised her visage as she gazed at Volume as he asked about her stallion and family. She raised an eyebrow in his direction and spoke.

"They dont exist. I dont have a stallion or any foals. And whats it to ya if I did?" She asked coolly as she snorted through her nares omitting a gentle woof and snort. She knew of his kind. They get jealous easily if there was another stallion around. While Volume had no claim on her, Artemis would choose a mate and a lead when she felt he was worthy enough to be in that spot. Another warm spring breeze whipped her mane against her neck as she regarded him.

"Well, I'm getting bored. Let's go take a walk ok?" Artemis said as she spurred her flints into motion and began walking before stopping, and craning her dome around to look at Volume with her large amber orbs, waiting patiently for him to respond.

i looked at the mare. a smile forming again. oh she was still the same. her voice was lighter though. her grey librums parting to speak to me. i looked into her amber eyes. my smile faded as she spoke, "They dont exist. I dont have a stallion or any foals. And whats it to ya if I did?" i looked away quickly. i pinned my auds, it was none of her buissness! not any bit of it was her buisness! i growled and looked away, i then looked back at her and watched her walk past me. auds pricked forward as she walked pased my. i wanted to touch her rump, but i kept my mug to me. i walked forward and pivorted. i smiled again. i looked at her. i shrugged, why could she not be told.."i would be jealous of course...i love you..." i faded off, blushing. i snorted. looking away. how could a dark act cruel by saying they loved each other? i smiled though. laughing a bit to myself. i reached my mug out and touched her shoulder. i nodded as she asked to go for a walk.

i walked beside her. looking around the land. "some land you have here artemis." i said, listening for her reply of what i had said about loving her. i didn't really want to say any more. she would probberly reply with a "don't be so stupid volume!" that would really annoy me. but i would ignore it. she was only another mare. the same voice. every mare litrally had the same voice. i took a left down a track. auds pricked as i realized we were in the woods. darkness went over my palmino pelt. it didn't shine so brightly. it was in a dim lighting now. i looked at artemis. i lowered my cranium, sniffing the ground. my nares filled with the sent of other stallions. "so stallions have been coming into your land?" i asked lifting my cranium slowly and raising an eye at her. i kept walking a bit more. hopeing she would follow. i hadn't a clue were to go, but i decided we could go the the lake on the other side...
